Online Sales Executive

Can you harness the power of the internet to grow our clients online business? Dotser has developed a comprehensive suite of online solutions to allow our clients attract new customers and streamline their online processes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales manager with proven Internet skills.

Strong communication and administration skills required along with ability to demonstrate indepth understanding of the internet.

Responsibilities:
• Calling (telephone) customers from existing customer database and generating increased sales.
• Entering orders on-line.
• Ensuring newsletters/sample links/quotations/brochures, etc are forwarded on timely basis if required by customers.
• Improvement of target customer database within key sectors.
• Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management

Requirements:
• Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive.
• Previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability;
• Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques;
• The ability to maintain professionalism under pressure;
• Computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages.
• Good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Good team player

In addition, proven commitment to achieving deadlines, delivering high quality services, strong attention to detail and experience of working effectively as a member of a team is essential.
