Tom Shaw Farm Machinery LTD (TSFM) was founded in 1988. Over the past 35 years the business has expanded rapidly and is now one of the largest agricultural machinery retailers in the midlands.
TSFM is the main dealer for renowned brands such as Same & Deutz-Fahr Tractors, Krone & McHale forage and grass equipment HiSpec Slurry equipment, Amazone Fertiliser and tillage equipment, Quicke, Rossmore & Prodig front attachments along with various other agencies such as Fransgard, Guttler, Blaney, Conor, APV, Zuideberg, and many more agencies in the midlands.
TSFM are also the sole importers for French manufactured Jeantil Dung Spreaders.
SCOPE
TSFM engaged Dotser to create an integration solution with IBCOS which would allow for flexibility and greater control of their product information and how this is displayed.
Thanks to this successful integration of IBCOS and the Dotser Agri CMS platform, TSFM can now control and manage the layout and settings for their own categories and pages, and assign particular products to these pages. This includes uploading pictures per category at their choosing.
RESULT
The result is a cleaner, more user friendly website interface for the user, and improved customer service overall.
